MUSIC LOVERS' FIELD COMPANION 2005
20, 21, 22 MAY 2005
THE SAGE GATESHEAD
May 2005 at The Sage saw the Keiji Haino’s 3 hour and 58 minute performance of ‘The Secret of Music’. Other highlights were: the first official billed performance from the enigma that goes by the name of Jandek, Kazuo Imai and Nmperign. Luc Ferrari sadly couldn’t make the festival due to illness, but another ‘dinosaur’ in the shape of Charlemagne Palestine ably stepped up and took advantage of the many pianos on offer at The Sage. Peruse a wee selection of pics from the festival at www.flickr.com/photos/__bm__/

RESONANT SPACES
21-29 JUNE 2006
VENUES ACROSS SCOTLAND
Isn't a tour as much about the places you visit as it is about musicians on the road? You travel, you visit places – each one different from the last? We think so, and so we've set out to put together a tour that allows you to experience the environment around you in a different way. To listen to it.
